Our extensive list of activities and services are included in your monthly Mirasol community fee. Fees vary depending on the living choice you select.
Entirely maintenance-free
In addition to the standard services and activities, Mirasol homeowners never have to worry about exterior maintenance and insurance, snow removal, and grounds care. These services are included as part of your monthly Mirasol community and homeowners association fee.
Each homeowner is a member of the Mirasol Homeowners Association and receives voting rights per the declarations. Links to the governing documents and association information are available to the left. If you need a set mailed to you, please contact the sales office.
