The two-story apartment complex, located directly across the street from the Mirasol Event Center, boasts one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.  Plus, you'll enjoy a community social room, library and indoor-outdoor fireplace.  As a resident of the Mirasol apartment homes you can enjoy our event center, transportation, continental breakfast, daily activities, events, crafts and use of the fitness center.

All units are one story, no stairs and the building is equiped with an elevator, indoor mail center and is a secured building.  All utilities are included in your rent. Mirasol has a full time community manager and an onsite resident manage.

Phase II is currently in the planning and approval stages with the city.  Construction is anticipated to begin until late 2010.

Although, phase I is fully leased you can apply today and your name with go on a wait list for the next opening as well as for phase II.
