The two-story apartment complex, located directly across the street from the Mirasol Event Center, boasts one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.  Plus, you'll enjoy a community social room, library and indoor-outdoor fireplace. Community dues are $96 a month, these dues allow you use of the event center, transportation, continental breakfast, daily activities, events, crafts and use of the fitness center. Phase II is currently in the planning and approval stages with the city.  Construction is not anticipated to begin until late 2010.
